The differences between them are described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Land banks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The developable land is not yet ready for the building and the city Council will not grant a licence if you have not performed the previous work of processing and packaging. In some cases it is necessary to develop a program of an urban or a Partial Plan, a Unit of Action, or one of many other options.
