1. The buildings and uses permitted, subject to a declaration of their public and social interest, shall be among the following:
1.1. Mining and quarrying activities, including quarrying or extraction of aggregates or earth.
1.2. Industrial and productive activities.
1.3. Tourist, sporting, recreational, leisure and entertainment, religious and social welfare activities, such as:
a) Hotel establishments, motels, apart-hotels and similar establishments.
b) Hotel, restaurant and similar establishments.
(c) Recreational, sporting and leisure centres or facilities, whatever their nature and type of installation (d) Tourist campsites, camp sites and similar facilities.
e) Cultural, charitable, charitable, religious or spiritual activities.
(f) Health and scientific establishments and funeral services and cemeteries.
g) Educational and nursing homes for the elderly.
h) Nature, landscape and environmental centres or facilities.
